Was recently asked: "Is it the journey of the destination?" After some thought I came to the following opinion...
Although the destination is important, I believe it's more about the journey. Life and many journeys are like a piece of music. It's not the final note that makes it what it is, it's all the notes played together in a unique way leading up to the final note. It is important to keep the final note in focus but don't tune out and miss what got you there. In the end, those notes that make up your own piece of music... are your experiences, memories, successes, failures, etc., which made you who you are today, what makes you who you will be tomorrow, or what took you where you are today and will take you where you will be tomorrow. So enjoy the journey and don't forget to sing and dance along the way, so when you reach your destination you will look back with a smile and say, "Remember when...?"
